Order hall campaign

I've started in the Legion timeline when leveling my paladin but I wanted to continue to unlock the skins but I can't seem to find anymore quests.
I've hit 70 but can't change the timeline back to Legion as "The dragonmother needs every hero" but when I travel to my order hall I can't find the quests...

Anyone can who can help?

I think you gotta complete quest chains in the legion zones+gain rep from certain factions. Im sure wowhead can help you find info on this.
