Revan mainly because you are him and you can get attached to the character. I've only played dark side so non-canon, since apparently I'm incapable of making light side choices...

I generally hate Star Wars characters because most of them are unrealistic and the plot typically stretches the boundaries of logic.

But so far as unrealistic characters who stretch the boundaries of logic go, Ganner Rhysode was a badass.

A'Sharrad (pre One-Sith) because he was a great character, interesting, and he had a type of odd view of the Jedi that I found fascinating. Kyle because... well he's a Jedi by name. But he has always been a "can-do" sort of butt-kicker. Guns, rockets, lightsaber, the force, whatever it takes to get the job done. I can appreciate that. And Zayne because he was the special kid. Not the best Jedi, but he had the morals at heart and the will. That counted for more than raw power and skill to me.

I'm definately a Katarn fan myself...though I thought of the EU villains I'd seen so far, Jerec was kinda cool. His voice is evil, his mannerisms are creepy, and his apprentice was hot, heh.

From the cinematics I've seen and what story I've read (not in-game, so don't worry, no NDA violation here), I'm starting to warm a little bit to Darth Malgus, too. All the Vader badassery without being played as a whiny bitch before he became a Sith Lord, heh...

also to be honest, I am not that much of a fan of Star Wars lore in general. I enjoy the universe and the mood Bioware created with their games greatly, but I like my sci-fi literature a bit more sophisticated.
