H Zenith - Dath'Remar DPS Recruitment!

Vang's Gang, the 10 man team from the guild Zenith on the server Dath'Remar is recruiting DPS for both part time or full time positions! All classes and specs are open. We are giving prefferance to ranged, but exceptional melee will be considered! If you are a healer that would like to apply with a DPS offspec, we welcome you too! We are looking for raiders who have a serious attitude about their raiding, but enjoy a laid back atmosphere. We would like experienced players, but if all you've done is LFR and again, are serious about raiding we welcome you to apply as well!

We raid at 8:45-12pm server (W-Th-Sun-Mon Aussie days) and with Heroic Morchok down, are about to crack into the harder heroics very soon! We are progression based with out the elitist syndrome.


Preparations for raids

• Reading strategy & watching videos for all progression boss fights. To test preparedness, a random team member may be called upon to give a rundown of a fight before a progression boss.
• On your main, mods updated, fully repaired & in the instance by 8:55pm server - ready to make first trash pull no later than 9:00pm
• No less than 4 Flasks, 20 Food & 40 Potions for both main specs and offspecs
• Vang's Gang members are expected a 100% attendance rate (4/4 nights holidays, family emergencies, work commitments etc excused) and our reservists/part time at least 50% (2/4 nights holidays, family emergencies, work commitments etc excused)


Character Expectations

•Characters enchants are to be the highest level available on main spec items.
•Characters spec, glyphs and gems are to be optomized. (Ask Mr Robot can help you optomize your character greatly)
•Offspec Items are to be gemed and enchanted. Enchants are acceptable to be one grade lower than highest available. IE: +15 stat to chest over +20 or +50 haste to bracer over +65. We understand those enchants are expensive and keeping up with both main spec and offspec can be draining. We will, however, not tolerate no enchant.
•Regular theory crafting on your class should be done to help you meet your benchmarks.
