    You might eat a lvl 1. Any amount of lvling makes them too tough. There's a reason people like veal, the muscles haven't had a chance to develop at all making them very tender.

    I regularly eat Tauren..... and every other race as well.

    The wonderous benefits of being Forsaken. Or, if you're unlucky enough to be one of the lesser races, you can visit a certain vendor on the DMF island.

    It falls under the same reason why you can't skin humanoids (except dragonkin usually), it's just an aspect that seems distasteful. Both ideas make sense in game terms, but the idea of eating one of the main races or selling stacks of Orc hide just doesn't sit well with some people.
    LIES yeti are humanoid and you skin them.
