That's the satire. And contrast to all the halloween avatars, Halloween which is a holiday that does not exist here, and I refuse to take part in similar tomfoolery.

There is at least one mouse in my basement. Looks like quite a few to me...
If what they are sticking near could be called their 'nest'... then it is located, oh, about 10 feet away from my computer, higher up at the ceiling. This is what we get for not having a finished basement, but at the same time, we've not had a finished basement for several decades and this is our first infestation? Not bad!
Still, question is, should I be worried about my computer's cables? I'm sure as hell not comfortable right now having them scurrying around...

So far, the mouse is mostly sticking to up on the concrete foundation part of the basement... hasn't really come down. >_> I've touched it with a 130 cm stick a few times. :P
One point I knocked it over into a hole I didn't know was there. Going to let my dad know about that...
Just don't let it die in there... the smell....
Yellow Ducky keyboard. It stands out like monkey balls but it's kinda cool.

That's what happens when you tell a company that you want them to "bling up" their products.
Did TomsHardware go completely nuts (more than usual I mean) or is this actually happening...

Okay. What am I supposed to be looking at there?
Well, all right1) an overclocked 2500K yeah; the stock one is far below on minimum, which is a more important number for people >60 fps on 60 Hz monitors.
2) The CPU is clearly not the limiting factor at that point; GPU is. The differential in average is within margin of error. The pool sample is too small to draw any other conclusion really. Either way, CPU mostly is responsible for compute-heavy things, and that minimum FPS with such a good GPU is CPU bound is not at all surprising, it's the same thing that happens in WoW really. Meaning that I doubt a better GPU would score higher minimum FPS, possible exception with dual GPU-solutions.
I think a yellow keyboard like that would actually make me feel sick.
So i just saw this review on Anandtech, about choosing a gaming CPU. They had some...questionable benchmarks and odd idea's just how CPU tests are done.
I dont even...
Just how far are they going to push this "real world benchmarking" idea. This is flippin' retarded.
