bars addon that change them on some scenario

i need an addon that change the bars on some scenarios: for example when my target have low hps

Only macro options are usable for changing bars mid-combat. Low health is not a macro option, thus not possible.

other then that not much to say I dont think there are any addon like that out there, and wouldn't it just be annoying? suddenly having your bars changed.
