I know there may not be an answer to this (other than "we won't know until May 15"), but there's always that uber smart gamer with inside info...
Anyway, "call forth" on the angel wings could mean you summon them and they persist, or it could mean that they disappear after, say, 30s and you have to "call forth" again after a CD expires. Anyone know which is the case?

I'm pretty sure I read that it's a toggle. So it's on until you actually toggle it off, or leave the game.

They are an 1x1 item in your backpack with no CD. They have on/off mode, with 1 sec CD, IIRC.

They mentioned somewhere it's an on/off toggle, with no duration.
