Got My chat comms suspended from Diablo 3

So i got a email from Diablo 3 saying that my Chat communications are suspended:

Account Action: 5 day Suspension of Chat Privilegees
Offense: Spamming
This category includes:
* Excessively communicating the same phrase, similar phrases, or pure gibberish.
* Saying the same phrase more than once in a period of 30 seconds.

Now this happens to be a load of crap!

I never onced spammed like crazy, i waited for about a min or so then posted my next item i had for sale in Gen chat to sell

Gold dealers can spam the chat all day about their gold prices and i make a couple of posts for selling some items and i get suspended for 5 days from chatting!

How fucking fantastic!

I think they are encouraging you to use the auction house.. and keep in mind the gold seller accounts are primarily either hacked accounts or something and are probably banned instantly..
