Balance Druid looking for MOP 25raiding guild

Balance druid, currently just came back to wow after a year , I raided in t11, led multiple first kill guild encounters and quit after beating sinestra. I'm looking for a 25man, alliance preferred guild-hardcore with 3 day raid schedule for mop only. At this moment I really do not have any intentions on progression, just trying to get back to my rhythm.

I don't really have any credentials or logs anymore since its almost been a year since my last raid, but i do have some first kill videos with me on the #1 meters, it doesn't mean much but its something to trow out there. I will provide other references upon request!

We're 11/13H T11 and 6/7H T12(all heroic pre-nerf), 8/8H 25 man Dragon Soul currently recruiting for our Dragon Soul progression.
We use an EPGP loot system decaying after every raid, Officer/Core>Raider>Trial

Departed has been around since March '10 and cleared 11/12 H 25 when it was progression. We dove into Cataclysm clearing normal modes on 25 completely skipping the 10m phase most guilds started with.
We finished 4.1 third on the realm with 11/13, heroic nef pre nerf,4.2 6/7 heroic pre nerf
and we are currently 8/8 heroic in Dragon Soul and with a couple more exceptional raiders we can easily move up in heroic kills.

Trials applying for a core position are expected to have 100% attendance, after core is earned 75% is mandatory(3 absents/month max).
Being entirely maelstrom enchanted with blue quality gems is a requirement.
We use cauldrons for flasks and supply these and fish feasts for the entirety of the raid.
We supply enchants for every piece from our raid, free of charge.
No one has a guaranteed raid slot, ever, if you're better than a current member you'll get their raid slot. The constant possibility of replacement stops people from getting stagnant with their performance.

Our current raid times are Tues-Thurs 8:30pm-12:30am ST(EST) and you are expected to be on for all three nights if you're applying for core. Exceptional players are urged to apply regardless of vacancies.

The Horsemen 25 man- Shadowmoon - (Ranked US 83) - Horde

We're a 8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul (7/7HFL) 25-man guild looking for an amazing lazerchicken to help us be ready for Mists of Pandaria - and in the meantime farm T13 Heroics and get paid to do so. What's unique about our guild is we stay competitive in progression while only raiding 9 hours a week. WE ARE THE #1 US GUILD THAT RAIDS LESS THAN 10 HOURS. You would be hard pressed to find a guild with a better progression/hours raided ratio than we have (we looked lol and like I said #1 US).

Basically, raiding is a not a job, and we don't treat it like one. If you're looking for a guild who slams their faces against a boss for 30 hours a week until they happen to finally kill it, we're not the guild for you. If you want to actually have fun when you raid, and still raid in a competitive atmosphere, then you should check us out. Our raid times are Tues/Thurs/Sun 9:30-12:30 EST (hopefully this works for you).

Introduction:

Monolith is a Day One horde guild on the Llane (est) server. Monolith started as a group of friends that have been raiding together since EQ1. We are currently farming Heroic Dragon Soul and Firehawks and are looking forward to continued success in MoP.

Our primary goal as a guild is to push end game content, while maintaining an environment conducive to having obligations outside of the game. We offer the opportunity to play with like-minded adults who want to enjoy the end game while pushing the content that is available to us. We are currently 8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul, 7/7 Heroics in Firelands and 13/13 HM in T11 Progression pre-4.2, 12/13 in 25s and Heroic Al'Akir in 10s.

Schedule:

We currently raid a 3 nights a week: Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 – Midnight EST. All of our invites start 15 minutes prior to the scheduled raid time to ensure a timely first pull.

Expectations:[ul][li]Must play well with others. Because we are a guild of adults, it is important to us that everyone remembers we are all here to have fun. We have zero tolerance for drama or disrespect. We do not care how good your DPS is, or how amazing you think you are, it is imperative that you fit in well with our guild and treat everyone with respect or you will be asked to leave.[/li][li]Ability to meet our raid schedule. Because we do have limited raid time, and we are trying to push the endgame in that time, it is important that you have the ability to meet our raid schedule. We request that our Members keep 60% attendance, and our Veterans keep 80% attendance. While we understand that the demographic that we are seeking will have things that may arise and may cause them to miss a raid here and there, we do expect you to make a commitment to our guild.[/li][li]Know your class. I think this one speaks for itself. One thing that is unique about our guild is that we do actively seek to help our players improve, but we cannot squeeze a rock to make water. You need to have a level of skill that is commensurate with the content we are currently working on.[/li][li]Be willing to improve. The first step to becoming a better player is recognizing that there is always something new to learn and always room for improvement. You must accept this, and actively seek to improve yourself as a player, as well as constructively work with your classmates so that we can improve as a team.[/li][li]Gear. We have always firmly believed that the player is more important than the gear they are wearing. If you can show us that you have skill, and dedication, we can gear you. While we would like you to have gear appropriate to the content we are working on, not having that gear will not be an insurmountable hurdle to your application.[/li][li]Loyalty.
