Too much. Get a smaller brush. It's just to be subtle on the white pixelated edges to blend it into the background. And the blur on the right side of the face (left of the picture) takes the attention off the face as a whole and shifts it to just the unblurred section. Originally Posted by Joyful

Basically, smaller brush, less blur on the face which is supposed to get attention, not have attention diverted from it.
