It's to long, the right hight but you need to cut about 126pix of the sides.

And don't crop out yoona! If you cut it out from a bigger image you can extend the height of it then scale it.
I like to cut them out to a scale, so if you cut out say 1500pix wide and 300 pix height then you can just auto scale it down to 500x100
I use gimp for that, shows how many pixels you're selecting.
