I always get comfy straight after work make fruit salad and watch it
Then again I do that everyday of the week... BUT ONLY MONDAY DO I DO IT WHILE WATCHING TWD!!!!
I hate shoes and socks... I often prefer to run/walk on rocks or hot concrete than wear shoes.

Get a wooden mallet + velocity + your head = 12 hours sleep.
I used to have insomnia but I began taking my health seriously after high school and find it very easy to sleep now provided it isn't scorching hot.
7am - 4pm work, 3km walk, 1-2 hours of training and I instantly fall asleep on contact with my bed.
I have never actually seen a full episode of TWD :/

I'm having troubles sleeping now because I was stupid enough to change my sleeping schedule because I have nothing to do.
I used to go to bed at 23:00 and could fall asleep in less than 20 minutes, then I dragged it to 00:00, and so on, till 06:00, and now I want to change it again to atleast 00:00 but it's not freaking working!
I don't think I should do that, my mom would probably scream at me if she found out. =p
You could try forcing yourself to stay awake until the next day and then go to bed at the time that you want your schedule to revolve around. Or you could do what I often do and not eat so you're too low on energy to stay awake. I think the first one is probably the healthier one though.
