ANet Online Support Question

Do they answer tickets/questions through out the weekend? I submitted mine on Thursday about a hacked account and was just wondering if I'm going to have to wait until Monday before any progress could be make on the matter.

No, but seriously, I actually believe they do. They're very dedicated to their game, so it certainly wouldn't surprise me.

I submitted about not being able to make an account because my serial code was in use 4 days ago and still not heard anything. So I'd say you can at least expect to wait 2 more days?

Likely yes. NCSoft does support for arenanet games, and if you don't believe me when I tell you that NCSoft has atrocious support, you can google the topic for some real horror stories about it.
