I’m shocked!

I mean it's a solid policy as scum, but it makes the over all game tedious. But I'm sure it's part of the reason we've had a hard time attracting new people to the game. When it's 4 days real time and there's less than a dozen posts in 48 hours it isn't making Mafia look super enticing to people.

A lot of problems in mafia right now come down to people putting winning ahead of having fun, it's actually very frustrating.

I have an idea...

I actually have several ideas. I may run another wildlife themed game (along the lines of my Maasai Mara game). I just don’t know if we can get enough people for what I want to do. I’m not expecting 30 or however many people we had back then but 20 would be needed.

It may be worth tagging some of the older players to see if they'll show up and play. We managed to get quite a few back for the milestone that was the hundredth game!

I've also been toying with the idea of making a Discord channel for our little gang here. I don't know how much interest there would be for that but...it'd be a good way to socialise outside of these games, offer advice to new players and also alert people when a new game is in the sign up phase. I know quite a few of us only really come to this site because of our games, after all.
