I know we all know it, but I just wanted to say it again. Issue with my account today as I upgraded phones and my authenticator was on my old phone, so I couldn't log in. I called Trion Customer Service in the sure and certain knowledge that they would deliver. And they did, in less than two minutes I had completed a full security check and was back into my account, where I have added the authenticator on my new phone

Best of all is, though the freephone customer service number is actually chargeable from my mobile (and I have no land line) I can call their US customer service number for free from Skype. Sorted in 1m 51s - including (a few seconds) hold time:



Thankyou Trion, and if any of you fence sitters are wanting to play but can't remember your login details, or got hacked, or anything, just call Trion for free from anywhere in the world using Skype and be sorted so quickly and professionally you'll wonder why it isn't always this easy.
