    PvP Enh stats question

    Hey guys, just switched to enh pvp. Looking to reforge and buy cloaks, rings etc. Just need to know stat priority and hit cap. I'm guessing, pvp power > mastery > crit/haste. Hit would be both spell and melee special capped for lvl 90. Normal attacks don't bother? Sound right? Thanks
