I think it'd be cool if in some sort of BG or PvP zone we had the Sha as a game mechanic, so the more kills your team gets, the more Sha spawn in your faction base. If you don't keep that under control you lose your base and the opposite faction wins, perhaps unlocking a dungeon where you have to cleanse your base of the Sha. But you'd also have to focus on capturing bases and stuff.
