<Conversation Over> is a 10 man Alliance guild looking for four more to fill out our 10 man raid roster.

The core of the group left a 25 man guild that was 4/6 Normal because we were upset at the lack of progress, accountability, and effort put in by other guild members. We feel like we should be working on heroics by now and we want to make that happen!

We are looking for the kind of player who has raid experience, has researched their class, wants to maximize their personal performance, is reliable, and brings their own flasks, pots, and food.

We will not be raiding more than 9 hours a week (days will be hashed out once the group is finalized) and as a result we expect people to bring their "A" game when we do raid.

Current Needs:
1 Ranged DPS - Affliction Warlock or Fire Mage
1 Tank - Non-Druid
2 Healers - Open
