Can't log in

Every time I enter my password and try to log on, it says that there is a new patch, and it will close to apply it. Once it's done that it says "game is up to date", and the same thing happends again. I can't download the patch, or I won't read the patch files. Anyone who knows about this? :/

this has happened to me before in patch 1.03 and 1.04 but that was the day after patches went live, I sent a ticket to Blizzard explaining this but it was usually working a couple days later.

There are some detailed instructions on the net explaining step by step instruction to go into your game files but I don't know them. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
