[A] Whats in the boX - Dragonblight ( 4/16HC ) Looking for Range DPS

Hello all, my name is Kesandri and I am the guild master of Whats in the boX (WITB).

About the guild
Whats in the boX is a 10 man raiding guild founded by long time wow players with the original aim of playing together at a pace which we prefer to play. We have a number of players who have done the raiding 5/6 nights a week with a mixture of newer less experienced players too.
We formed back Wotlk raiding at a steady pace with a small and close knit guild roster and since have developed into a medium sized guild with 2 raid teams.
We are proud to say to this day we have kept the same atmosphere as we had back when we founded but have managed to transfer it to much more progressive raiding.

These days we have 2 raid teams, 1 with more experienced members and what was our original raid team, and our other team which formed back in cata and has developed nicely into a good progressive squad.
Both of our raid teams run independently, we dont favour one over the other and never will, we want everyone in our guild to enjoy playing the game without any hassle of who is better etc etc.

Recruitment
Due to a couple of our members standing down from our regular raiding (3 days a week) we are now in need of 1 or 2 range dps and possibly 1 healer to add to our existing team.
The raid team in question is currently at 4/6HC MV (6/6|4/4 Normals) and ideally are looking for someone who is heroic ready (gear/experience/skill etc) however if you feel you are not quite fitting into that bracket but feel with some work you could be we would still very much like to hear from you.
Our raid team is very friendly and raids at a relaxing pace, we do things how we want to and do not feel pressured to accomplish anything we dont want to. Each of our members have input into everything we do and this has resulted in a steady progressing and enjoyable raid atmosphere!
