GoSac Destruction nerfed?

I have just noticed the GoSac spell tooltip says it increases the damage of your single target spells by 25% but the buff lists the spells it effects and Chaos Bolt is not there, I'm sure it used to increase the damage of chaos bolt by 25% as well? and if it doesn't why do we need a DOT? This may have always been like this but I just noticed it and thought i'd ask

The actual buff you get lists the 25% extra CB damage as being applied over 3 seconds.

Confirmed, although 1/7 tries with Backdraftx6 up (2 Chaos bolts) with all of my trinkets / procs unequipped i did only get 7 damage sources according to skada from Chaos bolt.

3 ticks means that if you can get another hit before the 2nd to last tick, you'll lose the last tick. I would not be surprised if pandemic doesn't work with it.
