Enchant Weapon - Elemental Force VS Enchant Weapon - Windsong

I want to know if it would be good to have my OH w/ Windsong and MH with EF and if that would be a DPS gain?

Just wanted to point out that due to the way RPPM works, it is entirely irrelevant which enchant is on which weapon.

Should answer the hand question. The final answer for what to use comes down to simming yourself, although even that is just "mostly" reliable. WS should* be ahead very slightly.
