About us:
The Elysian Templars is a semi-hardcore raiding guild on Alonsus EU, alliance. The guild is founded 12-02-2007 in the early stages of The Burning Crusade. We started our journey through Karazhan and killed Illidan Stormage just before the raid nerf went live. With steady progression in Wrath of the Lich King, ending 11/12 heroic 25 man in ICC at the end of the patch. In Cataclysm we made it 7/13 heroic through BWD/BoT/Tot4W and 6/7 heroic in Firelands – all on 25 man. We ended the Cataclysm with 8/8 heroic in Dragon Soul.
We raid three nights a week and offer steady raid progression. Therefore, we want you to have good knowledge of your class, accept constructive criticism, a good working pc and internet connection. You simply cannot raid properly with 5 FPS or disconnecting during fights. The guild has a mature, social and friendly atmosphere, therefore we have no interest in drama queens.

What do we require from you:
* Serious attitude towards raiding – we want to finish as much endgame content as possible, preferably everything.
* Understandable English skills – you need to be able and willing to have Mumble, to use it and listen to it.
* Minimum attendance of three raids a week during progression.
* Very good raid awareness and react and adept quickly to situations and tactics.
* Respect the people in the guild and outside the guild – being a jerk is unnecessary.
* Be as up-to-date as possible about your class and gear.
* Previous heroic experience and above 470 equipped item level.
