Dunno if you all have heard about it yet, but www.TeamFind.com popped up a few months ago. It lets you sort people by server/faction/experience/any number of things to find a partner who is at your skill level. Pulls armory data too so no one can lie to you. I've personally used it to find my 3s partners and they're great guys! WAAAAAYYYY better then spamming trade chat. More and more people are on here every day so it just keeps getting better.
