Actually, take a look that the APM tab of a replay, the AI actually doesn't have that good of APM.

So I just tried a game against an actual player, novice game. I obliterated him right. I went to build my third base and he denied me it so that pissed me off and I started my assault, couldn't defend for shit and obliterated him. Anyway that was at around the 15min mark. 40min mark I won.
Do Teran literally poop out units or something. He wouldn't surrender so I had to kill all his units, must have destroyed over 7 bases, like 30 barracks. Every base had lots of these tiny little marine guys which normally when they swarm me at the beginning of a AI match are devastating but vs my 3 walker things(don't know the name, take 6 supply) were pretty pitiful.
Anyway I managed to win with just the army I first attacked with, wasn't even a full army. A big army but I was never 200/200. At most I got about 150/200
All the time as he killed my guys I replenished them back at my base but never had to move them out until the very end when I used them just to span the map looking for his new bases xD

I just won my second actual player game, still novice games, just by defending. I think maybe he got fed up. He coudn't actually kill my army. He had these really annoying stealth flying units for a while until I built a probe thing that could detect them, and he wiped out my natural and heaps of my minions but coudn't actually stop or diminish my army so I think he gave up.
Was Teran again heh.
