Her speed is OP, even more if you got the boot upgrades that give you MS %.

I wish I had LoLRecorder, I had a game where a Eve used her ulti on me when I was on 100hp to try finish me off with it, she uses the ult and backs off assuming she got the kill, I fell off my chair laughing.

Hm, I haven't even tried Eve since she got nerfed, since all the Eve's I've played with complained so hard about her being horrible now.

She isn't really bad. Her ulti got really nerfed but it was kinda necessary, she's still pretty strong, you just need to ulti on people with full hp instead of 50% hp, but people already did that before so I don't see a really big problem with her.

No, not exactly.

Her damage isn't based on the target's maximum hp anymore, it's CURRENT hp, not maximum. So if you have 100 hp, assuming it does 20% damage of your CURRENT hp, it will only do 20 damage.

Yeah, that's fucking bullshit, what the hell is the point of an ult if you can only use it effectively on someone who has full health. I can't imagine her ult is any good at all anymore save for very late game team fights.
