Yeah, she's that great. You can get two passive procs in an instant which makes you do a lot of damage, after doing that, going in with ulti is generally a good thing, assuming you're 1v1 or maybe 2v1, it depends on the situation.
The build I'm doing on her atm is Blade of the Ruined King, Beserker Boots, maybe a Maw of Malmortius, if not I go for a BT/SB(Sanguine Blade, kinda the same thing as BT but it's from other maps), then I go for Statikk Shiv or PD(still trying Statikk Shiv but I think it might be better than PD because of Shiv's passive, still trying it), after that I don't know, it's kinda situational but I could build a Zephyr, a BC or a Last Whisper or go for a MR/Armor item or just HP(Warmogs). PD's passive is shit now, the other stat was better(it gave MS, it doesn't now). Shiv's passive gives damage and it can even crit, it brings a lot more damage even though you loose a bit of AS, Crit and whatever the other stat is.
I'm still trying but I think I'm going to get Shiv instead of PD, also, one of the required items to get Shiv is a Gp5 item, meaning that it'll be easier to build Shiv and other items.
Since I play PG/Domi, I can afford getting Avarice Blade(the Gp5 item) after getting Doran's.
