Besides... Face of Bo has proven that Jack can die somehow.

The time vortex energy isn't infinite, but it lasted many billion years and many million deaths for him.
Also a scary thought:
What would happen if Jack were to come across a Weeping Angel?
They feed of time energy.
Jack is bursting with it, sending him back in time would be a nigh infinite source of energy for them.

Well, if they have infinite energy then they don't need to feed on anyone else, do they? The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few and all that, so I say we sacrifice him to them. He's lived long enough, and he will understand that it's the right thing to do.

Nah. One conditions of the Weeping Angel's feeding is that their prey has to actually die.

Jack wouldn't. He'd just stay alive until he finally caught back up to the moment in time where he met the Angel.

That's just them boasting. Now, I'm sure those Daleks could destroy all the Cybermen, but we don't see them doing it in the episode, therefore it is still ambiguous as to whether they can, though evidence from other episodes and official sources support the idea that they could.

True, but in that same episode, we see that the Cybermen's weapons are utterly incapable of penetrating a Dalek shield.

Unless the Cybermen could find some way to imprison the Daleks and deactivate their weapons, it'd just be a matter of time until the Cybermen were wiped out completely.
