I need some help (barb)

Regarding my item setup.

The items I don't have equipped are currently on AH, but I'm in doubt with what items I should replace them.

Before I had ~170k dps UB, 32k hp, and ~500AR.
My goal with this is a more survial, at the expense of some dps.

Please help.
My budget is ~250-300m.

Well. You get the most defense(in general) from your chest piece and pants.

For somewhere in the neighborhood of 60-70 mill, you could get an IK chest with about 100 more Vit and 100 more Armor on it. That's a start. Other than that, I can't really give any good advice without seeing your full gear set.

I'm doing about 24k(UB) less DPS than you but have 15k more health, 2,400(UB) more armor, and almost 200 more AR(UB) than you.

The way I managed that is I opted out of using the glass cannon type pieces such as Lacuni Prowlers and a Witching Hour. Granted, you can get versions of those two items that aren't so Glass Cannony, but they cost Infinity gold and I don't have it, hehe.

Sure helped a bit - I wasn't aware where "main defensive" parts were located (you said chest and pants).
Whenever armory updates, you'll see that I upgraded boots and pants (Firewalkers, and Jousting Pants (220vit, 60AR, 11%life)

Well I guess what I mean by that is in general, you can get the most defensive stats for reasonable prices out of your pants and legs without having to sacrifice much in the way of offensive stats. I mean there are some chest pieces with Attack Speed and some pants with Crit Chance, but by and large, those 2 slots are more for stacking defensive stuff.

So I only just now realized how much I derped when comparing stats earlier. I'm at work so I am mega multi tasking and only half paying attention, but I realized I made some comparisons between our stats while you were partially nekkid. Derp derp derp derp
