Deadly Retinal Armor vs RF tier head

So, I need some help deciding which one I should use. Neither is upgraded. What are some thoughts that you guys suggest?
Also, I would get the 2 piece bonus if I use the RF tier head.

Absolutely use the raid finder tier helm.

If you're too lazy to sim every possible upgrade you've got, just make a Wowhead list with your simmed stat weights. It's going to overvalue hit rating a bit, but it's pretty good overall.

edit: I just generated that list without paying attention and it is really, really wrong. Editing it.

Actually I forgot about sims. So, I went and simmed and ill gain about 1500 more dps according to it.
