How about when someone gets banned for doing something that others didn't get banned for before? Remember when we had vid wars and off topic pic wars back in the first thread? No one got banned, but now if you happen to put more than one picture that is slightly off topic and you can be banned. The R34 pic that got Adon banned was posted a few days prior and no one got banned for posting it then.

Rules can change and so can moderator stances. See something someone else have been infracted for? Report it.

Adon was the same poster in both cases. Moderators can't be everywhere at the same time and as I said, it likely was not reported since no action was taken.

This one time I drove 30 MPH over the speed limit and I didn't get a ticket. The next day I drove 5 MPH over the speed limit and I got a ticket.

And so do plenty of other people and they don't get caught at the same time I do. All comes down to luck and how little of it you have, it's life in general really, those that are lucky and those that are not.
