Just having your legs out from underneath you're doona/duvet or blanket is crazy.

In regular conditions, I agree. However, I've had cases where it has been so hot in my room that I may have a leg sticking out from under my blanket.
It's still nowhere near the edge though.

Everything below your shoulders that is not covered up by blanket will be eaten or torn off or touched by something slimy eventually!
Arms may or may not count, depending on the situation.

Or even better: not only covered up but, especially regarding feet, surrounded by blanket so nothing can just slip underneath it.

I like to surround my feet in blanket, as well. It's comfortable :>

I never have my feet out from under the blanket. Ever. Even if everything else is just covered by a sheet, feet always have blanket.
