They were honestly one of the best characters in the show, Mami's tits, and Kyouko's daisy dukes. Best characters. 10/10

Considering how Kyouko dies I don't see how she's selfish at all.

but at the beginning she's certainly very selfish, to the point where she would let several innocent people die (or even kill somebody herself) to preserve her own life for a bit longer.

Pretty much. I respect Kyouko for that, and she understands what a shit hole life can really be.
