Which graphics card is better ?

Hey guys I Finally finished building !!

But someone suggesting another card .. so which one is better ?

The card I took :

Twin frozr has the best cooling solution from what I know part from that same speccs.

the one you got is fine only zotac AMP or MSI lightning ones would be better with higher OC potential. (or asus top binned cards but those seem out of stock everywhere)
