Issues with the Razer tiamat 7.1 Headset.

Hello guys I recently bought the Razer tiamat 7.1 headset, like a month ago, I had some issues in the beginning but it got better a little bit after, but now i get them again, no idea why. So here are the multiple issues: The first one: I'm watching a video on youtube then i pause it because i talk to someone on twitter and then i play the video back and there's no sound, i try to go on black ops 2, same thing no sound. BUt I can hear my friends talking on Teamspeak.

My headset is connected to my soundcard which is the Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Séries Sound Blaster X-Fi and I downloaded the drivers already.

I have Windows 8

The second issue is that My microphone is very low when i talk on teamspeak, but I saw that a lot of people were complaining about this.

I also get grizzing noice
