You could start with deleting the saved variables for clique in your WOW directory
WTF/Account/ACCOUNTNAME/SavedVariables/clique.lua
There might also be character specific ones in
WTF/Account/ACCOUNTNAME/SERVERNAME/CHARACTERNAME/clique.lua
With this you'll want to be sure to go into each charactername folder, in your example Mike, Steve, etc.
As I don't currently use clique there might only be the one saved variable file for the account and not any in the character specific folders.
If that doesn't work you could try pulling clique up in game and manually selecting a new profile.
