Onyxia mount, drop chance increased?

I don't know if this is true, but is the drop chance increased? I've seen multiple people got it. Both me and my girlfriend got it now, under a short period of time. Also many guildies have gotten it.
So I'm just wondering if it actually is like this, that the drop chance is higher than before?

I have noticed that she has also been using deep breath more since 5.1

the drop rate has increased it even changed on the armory, it's now like 2-3% since the armory change i've seen literally 100 people find it, including myself.

Sounds like you just needed more dots.

Maybe its because you now have multiple chances to get it with alts, so you have more chances to get it per week.

think so, a few friends got it 4 infact within 3 weeks, daughter and her partner got it, 2 weeks in a row, and fiance got his other day as well, and ive seen what seems to be a hell of alot more ppl on it now too. oh and a few ppl got it recently too on boxing forums/

Super easy. Probably equivalent to rank 5 in Brawlers pub. I think every class can do it.

There was a bug that allowed you to kill her 5 times/hour without getting an ID. Has been fixed by now.

Wrath (so 83), and she's pretty easy on 10-man. As Ret I can burst her down to ~30% before she even takes off.

It's just that everyone can solo the boss now, and thus more mounts will appear in the game. Same thing with Ashes of Al'ar.

I farmed it on 8 characters every week (during Cataclysm) for 1.5 years and did not have it drop. I gave up eventually. Then MoP hits and half my guild got the mount now, they've also been farming her for the same amount of time. They did increase the drop chance, the mount is suddenly all over the server. I have not gone there myself since MoP, I'm still mad at Ony for not dropping. Haters gotta hate!

It's always RNG... I got Raven Lord and Swift White Hawkstrider in the same day. Haven't gotten any other mount in months. :<

Oh Onyxia you gave me some good memories during vanilla, maybe it's time I visit the level 83 version of her and hope I get the mount too ^^
