I love the people who like to bash his creativity. The man's resume speaks for itself. He has his hands in pretty much the entire music industry right now. Most people who bash him for no creativity don't even like rap, so chances are they have only heard his radio stuff... which is exactly that, mainstream music meant to move units. Which he does. To truly get the feel for Wayne as an artist you have to listen to the stuff he puts out for free on his mixtapes or even the stuff that doesn't become singles on his albums. His lyrical skills are off the charts when he actually wants to make that kind of stuff. Don't blame him for making the music that is going to make him more money than you will ever dream of seeing.
