Hmmmm resto BiS list?

I understand that healing specs never have a cookie cutter best in slot list but i'm looking for one for raiding purposes and loot distribution via loot council. The one given by mr robot is far too spirit heavy unfortunately so anyone know where I might find a good one?

Mr. Robot BiS list is fine. If you tune your stat weights a bit, it will give you 7k spirit, which is very low for 539 average ilvl. There is only so much spirit you can reforge off your gear. If you find yourself with too much mana nearing that gear, you can always switch to throughput trinkets instead - for example, Lightning-Imbued Chalice is undervalued even by Mr. Robot.

However I'm not sure if Mr. Robot has all the gear there is. Some items are missing the Thunderforged version (and no I don't mean set items).
