Lightning Bolt can now be cast while moving.



So enhc and resto get it as well? Cool I guess.

WOW this is a great change for enh especially since we can now use LB on the move without SWG or full maelstrom procs.

I respec'd Resto / Enhance / Ele on PTR and all 3 specs can now cast LB on the move. Nice change for sure.

Definitely a change I'm anticipating, especially now that we won't have the cast time penalty!
