Don't hold me to this. But I'm pretty sure some blizz tweets n such have hinted that in 5.4 the sha touched weapons will become some legendary weapons.

They outright said in the blue post for Catching up to speed with Wrathion for 5.2 that 5.4 is when they legendary weapon is hopeful to drop.
