I got the 2h sword from council on a bonus roll. Only peice of gear I have gotten from ToT but it was only my second coin i used in there. I have gotten tons of things from t-14 content on bonous rolls. It is just a matter of gitting that 10% chance where the RNG favors you.

On the other end though, my Guild leader has flipped every coin he has had in the new LFR and gotten nothing but gold and has been on a 30 flip streak with only gold in t-14 content.

Since week 1 of ToT ive got 2 thunderforged normal items and 1 HC wep from horridon. Not too shabby. 3/12 got me loot and 2 of them were TF and one of them HC.

The bonus rolls should have a low shot at loot. If they didn't ppl could gear up completely in a week or two of clearing a raid then they would bitch about being done. If you are only playing for gear maybe you shouldn't be playing. It is amazing how many ppl get upset about a new bonus feature that makes dailies and other things a little more worthwhile.

Damn those good ol' days when nobody had an extra chance for loot.

This, I'm happy for the extra chance I get at loot. Worse thing that can happen is I end up with 23 more gold than I could have gotten in previous x-packs. /shrug

I've gotten quite a few things from bonus rolls. Mostly failbags, but enough actual loot that I am gearing up quite quickly.

The one thing I can count on NOT getting are sigils of power. >.<

I have 3 90's, some weeks using coins I get buried in epics, some weeks buried in gold.

Some folks just have better luck. I know I have bad luck, so I don't focus on coins. Instead I focus on rep and making money to craft my own gear and not have to worry about coins

Sure there is some truth to that but if you are only playing based on loot then you will find it very lack luster. What is the view like up on your high horse btw, mighty rich telling somebody else they shouldn't tell ppl how or why to do things. I also said maybe as in a suggestion as in figure out why you play and enjoy those things.

Just because I find it somewhat annoying that I haven't gotten anything in a long time doesn't mean I don't know how it works/that it's working as intended.

The second time I ran Last Stand LFR I got lewt from regular drops and bonus roll, so six gears isn't bad at all from one run. You just got some bad luck broheim

I received 2pc T15 and my sought-after weapon upgrade from coin rolls, all on the same day.

I went to the casino last night, the guy next to me won 200$ off a free spin, the Lady next to me went like 40 some spins without winning anything more then what she put in per spin. I personally walked away with 20$ more then I started with.

Random is random, it can suck. It can rock. At the end of the day its random (Ps i know the casino is designed to make money but still)

We all understand RNG, and it is actually a good part of game (the ongoing "carrot" if you will). I just think it is fundamental human nature to get frustrated when something that is a 1-in-10 chance (like the coin rolls) fails 38 consecutive times (my current record for the old/new coins combined). So occassionaly venting is needed, but I still love the game and the process. Besides, they are addressing this in 5.3, so we should all be happy!

Only been doing LFR for ToT but killed 24 bosses total and used coins 9 times, i've won one single item out of all of that. 33 chances at loot and one...single...drop. Yeah, rng is fucking annoying (that one single item wasn't from a coin either).
