Weak Auras for Arms PVP

I posted this in a different section but i figured i'd drop it in here too!

My name is Sphex i play a Goblin Warrior on US Thug'thol. I do strictly PvP'ing and am in the works (I can't really say "in the works" because i have no flippin' idea what I'm doing) on creating CD and Trinket CD's using Weak Auras for ARMS SPEC. My knowledge of UI's is next to zilch. I was wondering if anyone out there had a PvP Arms Spec that had some WA's that tracked:
Overpower (stacks too) (Cooldown tracker)
Mortal Strike (Cooldown Tracker)
Shockwave (CD + Stun Duration? Maybeh?)
Shouts (CD + Duration)
Colossus Smash (CD Tracker and UPTIME)
Recklessness, Avatar (CD's and UPTIME)
PVP Trinket [Malevolent version right now] - OFF CD notification and CD Tracker
PVP POWER Trinket [Malevolent version as well] - UPTIME and CD Tracker

Uhhhhh I dont know if i have missed any or not. But any help will be greatly appreciated

I don't know how to setup Weak Auras and I tried finding a instructional video on Youtube for you with no luck.

I would recommend using DOOM Cooldown Pulse to help with some of what your asking about when Cooldowns are ready. There is no set-up required and it has a fading symbol of the ability in the middle of your screen when it's ready. Really helps remind me to stay on top of my CDs.
