Unless you did more than 2 tests in the time it took to do 1 test, I don't see how you can score anything above 100%

I mean .. it's percent, it's shifting relatively.

Not how it works at my school. I currently have 101.5% in my computer technology class. Often when there are CTE tests or Industry Standard tests, to get 100% on the assignment, you have to pass, if you get more than that, you get "extra credit".

Lots of people in my school intentionally take classes that have those tests and study to get very high scores on them and get 100% on everything else in the class so that they can get like, 4.5/4.0 GPAs.

We didn't have "extra credit", seems a bit ... crap. You have the work, you do the work, you can do extra activities, but those count separate, not an above 100% percentage.
