When I was on a cruise in Alaska I spent most of my time watching the tv (was 2 months off 21 so couldn't do anything else while on the boat :/) and I kept switching between MSNBC and Fox. They were both comical in how biased they were. I reckon they both kind of even eachother out.

Yeah, pretty much exact same except they support socialized medicine, don't vehemently oppose gay marriage and teaching evolution in schools. I'd pick our conservatives over yours any day of the week, if only because they aren't so obvious at forcing the church into the government. You are aware that it is a fact that the American left is extremely right in the overall world? This isn't some political perspective point of view thing. On the political spectrum, the American Democratic party is slightly left of the Republicans, and for all their crying about wanting small government, as has been said, Mitt Romney's views were MORE authoritarian (big government) than Obama's.

Tell me again why Americans need assault weapons? I certainly dont need one for hunting (unless I run into one of those American super beasts like the "Sheepsquatch" or the "Jersey Devil.") It cant be to fend on a tyrannical government, because I would have to be insane to think I could take out the United States military by myself. So, I am left with only one answer as to why Americans need assault weapons: small penises. For some reason the Republicans are the party that feels the need to fight tooth and nail to protect their right to compensate for small penises. It makes sense though when you think about it, because they also seem to be the party most associated with racism (again, not scientific, but many believe Blacks have larger penises than whites). So, maybe they should just add an amendment to the US constitution that allows the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all men and woman, regardless of the size of their penis? Just an idea. I got to go, I think I hear a Navy Sealsqautch in my backyard threatening my freedom and trying to have sex with my white woman.

Just because a gun looks mean, doesn't mean it's more dangerous. It's still one bullet per trigger pull, just like a pistol. Which BTW, NEVER comes up in the conversation. The whole "assault weapon" crap is just a line of BS from the progressives to make something sound worse than it actually is.
