Let's talk bad luck/good luck stories!

I've had a horrible past month. Not enough to go around all mopey and depressed, but it's just little things one after another. It's coming to finals in the next week, have just been blarg lately, but despite all this I had two awesome plans coming up. One was going to a casino for my 21st in about a week, the weekend after finals (the 27th), and the other? I had an amazing first date planned out with this girl this weekend. I was ecstatic about both of these things.

...Then yesterday, a dumb accident happened and I (believe) i rolled/sprained my ankle, but I have one friend who thinks I potentially broke or even cracked some bone. I can't walk on my left ankle at *all*, am on crutches, and plan on giving it a few days before making a final decision going to a hospital or not due to the money (america sux no health insurance ftl).

Because of this, I'm not sure how it's going to affect my plans for the casino, but it certainly sucked horse-raddish for saturday. ;\ The two plans were not only some-what cardio intensive, but in general I doubt she's going to want to go out on a date with a gimp. Especially as a first date night. Then again I haven't spoken/talked to her about this, plan on it tonight. ooooooh this is gonna be fun and stressful.

I had good luck this week as I found a job to tide me over until the next semester of college.
