When use Purify spirit in arena?

Hi guys

i just trying to get 2200 this season with shadow priest and Unholy DK and i need some advice about when is convenient use purify spirit, what dots i need to remove to relieve the pressure.

I look in the internet but i can´t find anything

There is any resto shaman with experience in this?

This is an extremely broad question that is completely dependent on what you're fighting and in the specific situation. There is no right answer. But, generally:

Dispel CCs, especially at crucial moments (i.e. your teammates are about to land a kill).
Dispel things to stop big burst, such as deep freeze
