Not too surprising. Never really liked that show. Of all the Family Guy characters to do a spinoff show with, I'm not sure why the chose Cleveland.

Macfarlane said that it was because Cleveland was the only one who had any substance. Everyone else was a one trick pony. I liked some of the Cleveland shows but never watched it religiously like i did simpsons in the 90s, family guy in the 2000s or porn since 1991.

I agree all it did was try to cash in on what family guy did and they didn't do it right.

Family Guy started off by ripping off a lot of Simpson shows but after a few seasons it was no longer needed The Cleveland show just never really took off.

The Cleveland show annoy's the hell out of me can't think of one episode I like at all.

I was happy when I heard The Cleveland show got canceled now I'm sad futurama got canceled.

I know someone earlier in the thread mentioned there was a petition going around to get the show back on the air. I would also point you to http://www.smgo.tv/ and you should go on there and suggest Futurama be brought back.

Cleveland was a one trick pony as well. the only moment where he was a bit different was when him and his wife broke up because she cheated on him.

I personally feel macfarlane was trying to cash in on what Family Guy did its nothing new for people to do this but with the Cleveland show it kinda shows it.

Greased-up Deaf Guy would have made a better spinoff then Cleveland.

But that is my opinion.

I personally never liked The Cleveland Show at all. I watched some of its episodes and it was pretty bad, felt way too much as a cheap FG ripoff.

Then again, I'm no Family Guy fan either. I've never really liked the style and characters of the show. The animation does seem to cheap for my taste. An example is whenever someone in Family Guy is talking, all the others on screen suddenly become statues. They don't move anything, not even blinking their eyes...

I don't mind American Dad, it still makes some good episodes. The only Macfarlane show I slightly like.

No, it wasn't. There was a rumor but fox denied it. They did say that there were no new episodes ordered but that's not exactly the same thing.

We still have 13 episodes to go, before this cancellation, that begin airing...oh, right on my birthday. It's kind of complicated. One episode, they go on a date, the next, they act like the first season where nothing is going on and Fry makes a couple random sexual innuendos. It's weird.

Never really watched it me, but then again I dont pirate shows, and danish TV sucks. We've only got 1 channel that airs Futurama abit. Kinda like it, but no idea how old thoes seasons I'm watching are

I still find Simpson better trough.

The newer episodes were alright...they kinda started going downhill though. I love Futurama, but I'm cool with putting it to rest.

And thank God the The Cleveland Show is gone. What a terrible, terrible program. Now if they could just off American Dad...
