"Swirly" Goggles?

Wondering if anyone knew the exact name of this. I believe it's a buff from an item, or maybe it's a quest item. Each lens is swirly, black/white colored, and looks like the person is being controlled by hypnosis.

i used to like wearing them as part of a suit, when i wasnt playing the character i post on the forum with for long periods of time. They changed them to not replace your head wear so ruined it

Still its good that i can wear the buff from them constantly ingame now, i keep forgetting that i have them equiped and wonder why i can see naked people.
