Anyone else notice this? Apparently everyone I've asked about it have used the one in the Cleft of Shadows (which I wasn't aware of), and I've been using the one by the mage trainer in the valley of spirits, on the second floor of the hut. It appears to be gone now since the patch. Is there a reason why?

Because the Valley of Spirits is shut down by the Kor'kron - their mages were likely silenced.
